The 6th Annual AMC Museum Golf Tournament was a huge success as 72 dedicated golfers were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather throughout the entire day.
Following lunch, the golfers hit the links at Jonathan's Landing Golf Course in a "scramble format." The winning Low Gross team was Dave Hafer, Tony Krawietz, Gerry Esposito, and Lee Landis with an incredible score of 55-17 under par, as they made two eagles in their round. Very nice playing! The winning Low New team was Mike Wright, Chuck Miller, Dottie Baker, and Phil White.
Besides prizes for the four lowest scoring teams, there were 33 door prizes drawn. Following the buffet dinner, a Silent Auction was held with items ranging from airplane rides, rounds of golf for four from five different golf courses, golf clubs, driving and rides around Dover Downs Race Track from Monster Racing, C-5 models, and a night at Dover Downs Hotel. Without question, everyone seemed to have had a wonderful afternoon.
Don't miss next year's tournament. It keeps getting better!
