1607th Flightline Maintenance Squadron Patch


The 1607th Flightline Maintenance Squadron was assigned to Dover AFB, Delaware, from 1956-1966.

The patch depicts an arm holding a maintenance tool against a three-bladed prop and stylized wing. The Latin motto below reads, “Manu Tenere.”

I was part of the 1607 CEMS squadron at Dover till my enlistment was up in July 1964. No patch for that group? My uniforms were misplaced in my housing moves. Thanks
