Cigarette Case

Description

This Berlin Airlift-era cigarette case belonged to Lieutenant Colonel James D. Campbell, executive officer of the 61st Troop Carrier Wing at Rhein-Main AFB in 1948 during the airlift.

The gold and silver metal case is engraved with the U.S. Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) emblem and a map of the U.S. Occupation Zone in Germany created after WWII.
