Albert B. (Al) Shank was stationed at Dover AFB, Delaware, assigned to the 11th Air Refueling Squadron (active at Dover from 1960-1965). He was also one of the original volunteers at the Air Mobility Command Museum.

This cloth nametag is embroidered with his name in English and Japanese. Below is 1503rd FLMS, a flight line maintenance squadron in Japan during the Korean War.
