Harry Heist used these C-5 crew baggage tags while assigned as a navigator to the 9th Military Airlift Squadron at Dover AFB, Delaware, from 1971-1973. The locally made tags show a cartoon C-5 on one side and Col. Heist’s name on the reverse.
