Dark Blue Long Sleeve Service Shirt

Description

This dark blue wool shirt was designed to be worn without a service coat. In extreme cold weather, however, it was authorized for wear with a service coat in place of the light blue shirt. A dark blue shirt, tie, and trousers combination was known as a Class B uniform. It was phased out in 1988. This shirt belonged to Major William C. Voigt.
