Flight Surgeon Aviation Badge

Description

A flight surgeon aviation badge is worn by a medical doctor in the U.S. Air Force who is trained in aerospace medicine and is responsible for the health of aircrew members.

In the center of the badge is the Staff or Rod of Asclepius, the god in Greek mythology associated with healing and medicine.
