During WWII in the United States, gasoline, along with many other items of daily living was rationed. This gas ration coupon book was issued to John F. Savin of Milford, Delaware. The book contains small stamps or coupons which authorized the coupon book owner to purchase automobile gasoline in varying amounts. Each purchase of gasoline was accompanied by the appropriate coupon.
