Pin is made of two pieces of dyed or painted leather glued together to resemble a sign. It has a metal pin on the back as a fastener. Sweetheart pins, wings, handkerchiefs, bracelets, and pillow covers are some of the gifts that military men bought for their girlfriends and wives.
